¶2Ex parte Beverly Enterprises, 812 So.2d 1189, 1195 (Ala. 2001), holds that an appellate court may affirm a correct action of an administrative agency only if the stated basis for the action is correct. While I question the soundness of that holding, it is the law of this state until the supreme court changes it. Therefore, I concur in the result in this case.
