¶1ORDER
¶2Anthony Mozee appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief, after an evidentiary hearing. Mozee contends that the motion court clearly erred in ruling that trial counsel was not ineffective.
¶3Having carefully considered the contentions on appeal, we conclude the judgment should be affirmed. A published opinion would lack precedential value. A memorandum as to the reasons for our decision has been furnished to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
