PER CURIAM.

¶1Appellant, James David Ritter, appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of grand theft of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000. We affirm. However, our affirmance is without prejudice to Ritter raising his ineffective assistance of counsel claims in a post-conviction motion under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.

¶2Affirmed.
