¶2The main opinion, by declining to review whether Thompson met the proper burden of proof regarding proximate cause, has held, in effect, that this case does not involve "a controlling question of law as to which there is substantial ground for difference of opinion," as required for a Rule 5, Ala. R.App. P., permissive appeal. Consequently, the Court should withdraw its permission and dismiss this appeal.
