¶1The trial court’s denial of appellant’s Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence is affirmed. However, such affirmance is without prejudice to appellant filing an amended motion clarifying the nature of his claim and seeking relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
