¶1ORDER

PER CURIAM.

¶2Defendant, Dana Cotton, appeals from the judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury verdict, of murder in the second degree. In accordance with the jury’s recommendation, the trial court sentenced defendant to a term of imprisonment of 20 years.

¶3We have reviewed the record on appeal and find that no jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
