¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2Pursuant to the Appellee’s confession of error, the Order Denying Motion to Set Aside Orders Denying Amended Motion to Alter or Amend Final Judgment, is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.
¶3REVERSED and REMANDED.
