Per Curiam

¶1 opinion for a modification of General Term order by inserting after the word “ granted ” the words “except as to expenses incurred for the support, education and maintenance of the infant, Mary B. Gatlin, prior to filing the petition,” and for affirmance as so modified.

¶2 All concur.

¶3 Ordered accordingly.
