¶1On Motion for Reargument.
¶2After our opinion was filed in the above cases, the respondent Whorf in the case of George M. Gleavey v. Frank Whorf, Equity No. 3103, was granted permission to present a motion for reargument.
¶3Pursuant thereto he has filed such a motion setting out therein the particular reasons on which he bases his contention that justice requires a reargument.
¶4We have carefully considered such reasons and are of the opinion that they suggest nothing which in the circumstances warrants a reargument.
¶5Motion denied.
