PER CURIAM.

¶1Appellant’s petition for attorney’s fees is denied; and her petition for allowance of costs is denied without prejudice, however, to the filing of a motion- by the appellant in the court below for the assessment of costs. See former Supreme Court Rule 47 and Rule 3.16, Florida Appellate Rules.

¶2Affirmed.
