¶1In re Thomas, Samuel H.; Disciplinary Counsel;—Plaintiff(s); Applying for Joint Petition for Interim Suspension Pursuant to Rule XIX, § 19.

ORDER

¶3Considering the Joint Petition for Interim Suspension filed by respondent, Samuel H. Thomas, and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

¶4IT IS ORDERED that Samuel H. Thomas, Louisiana Bar Roll number 9526, be and he hereby is suspended from the practice of law on an interim basis pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 19, pending further orders of this court.

¶5IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that necessary disciplinary proceedings be instituted in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XIX, §§ 11 and 19.
