¶1This is an application for habeas corpus relief based on ineffective assistance of appellate counsel in Molyneaux v. State, 924 So.2d 821 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006) (table). After careful review, we conclude that none of the numerous contentions raised by the petitioner has merit.
¶2Petition denied.
