¶1In re Gasaway, Kevin; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court Div. E, No. 3817-05; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW 07-01447.

¶2Writ granted — the ruling of the trial court is vacated and the motion to recuse is remanded to the district court for hearing before another judge or a judge ad hoc as provided in La.C.Cr.P. art. 674 & 675.
