¶1Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of September 25, 2007, and in light of the lower tribunal’s September 4, 2007, Order on Former Wife’s Motion to Vacate or Set Aside, the Court has determined that the appeal is moot. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed.
