¶1ORDER

PER CURIAM.

¶2Movant, Joseph Giannini, appeals from the judgment denying, without an evidentiary hearing, his Rule 24.035 motion after he pleaded guilty to first degree burglary and third degree assault. The court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law are not clearly erroneous. An extended opinion would have no precedential value.

¶3The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
