¶1This cause was called for oral argument before the Court at Orlando, Florida on January 6, 1958, and at that time counsel for appellant filed a suggestion of the death of the appellant and moved the dismissal of the appeal, and the Assistant Attorney General agreeing thereto, it is upon consideration,
¶2Ordered and adjudged that this cause be and the same is hereby dismissed.
