¶1 Defendant is under conviction for theft of an automobile, punishment is confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
¶2 Since filing the record in this court defendant has presented his personal request for permission to withdraw it, stating in an affidavit that he desires no longer to prosecute the appeal.
¶3 In compliance with such request the appeal is ordered dismissed.
¶4 Dismissed.
