Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. James C. Turk, Chief District Judge. (CR-90-209, CA-91-465-R)
William F. Breckenridge, Appellant Pro Se.
Jean Barrett Hudson, Office of the United States Attorney, Roanoke, Virginia, for Appellee.
W.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before RUSSELL and HALL, Circuit Judges, and SPROUSE, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
William F. Breckenridge appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.* United States v. Breckenridge, Nos. CR-90-209, CA-91-465R (W.D. Va. Sept. 25, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
We also deny Breckenridge's motions to amend, to dismiss the indictment, and remand case
