Comesanas v. State

¶1The motion to withdraw as appellate counsel is granted and Manuel Alvarez, Assistant Public Defender, is withdrawn as counsel for appellant and relieved from any further responsibility in this cause. The defendant has failed to raise any meritorious points in his pro se brief and, accordingly, we affirm.
