¶1The trial judge properly granted summary judgment on the ground that, as a matter of law, the present action is barred by sections 95.031, 95.231, Florida Statutes (2008). See § 712.07, Fla. Stat. (2008); cf. Aronson v. Aronson, 930 So.2d 766 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006).
