36 USC 170101 - Organization

(a) Federal Charter.— 
Paralyzed Veterans of America (in this chapter, the corporation) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.— 
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
