Frank Hoover Easterbrook (born September 3, 1948) is an American lawyer and jurist who is a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He was appointed in 1985 by President Ronald Reagan, and he was the chief judge of the court from 2006 to 2013.
