Julie G. Rikelman (born June 16, 1972) is a Ukrainian-born American lawyer who is serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She represented the Mississippi abortion clinic in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, the United States Supreme Court case that overturned the constitutional right to abortion.
