Justin Reed Walker (born 1982) is an American attorney and jurist serving as a U.S. circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit since 2020. He was a U.S. district judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky from 2019 to 2020 and a professor of law at the University of Louisville from 2015 to 2019.
