Rosemary Barkett (née Barakat; born August 29, 1939) is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a judge of the Iran–United States Claims Tribunal at The Hague since 2013. Previously, she served as a Federal judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and was the 45th chief justice of Florida from 1992 to 1994.
