Thomas Lee Kirsch II (born 1974) is an American attorney and jurist who has served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit since December 2020. He was previously the United States attorney for the Northern District of Indiana from October 2017 to December 2020.
