One of the terms of court, beginning on the 2d of November, and ending on the 25th or 26th of the same month, according as the 25th is not or is Sunday. Under the judicature act, 1875, the Michaelmas term is, so far as regards the sittings of the courts, to be superseded by the Michaelmas sittings. Mozley & W.
