Born. Used in connection ■with, or by way of distinction from, nasciturus (q. v.), to designate a child or childien of a particular marriage already born, as distinguished from those who may hereafter be born. Thus, real estate given to all the children, born and to be bom, is said to be given natis et nascituris. Used of descendants, generally, without restriction as to degree, the phrase nati et nascitwi includes all heirs, however remote.
