Agnasci. Lat. [from ad, to, and nascor, nasci, to be born.] In the civil law. To be born to one; to have issue after making a will. Constat agnascendo rumpi testamentum; it is clear that a will is revoked by the birth of a child. Cic. de Orat. i. 57.
