18 U.S.C. § 1036 — as used in this section

the term “airport” has the meaning given such term in section 47102 of title 49.

49 U.S.C. § 40102 — in this part

“airport” means a landing area used regularly by aircraft for receiving or discharging passengers or cargo.

(ii) an appurtenant area used or intended to be used for airport buildings or other airport facilities or rights of way; and

(iii) airport buildings and facilities located in any of those areas; and

(B) includes a heliport.
