A vehicle for the conveyance of the sick or wounded. In time of war they are considered neutral and must be respected by the belligerents. Oppenheim, Int. L. 126. AMBULATORY (Lat. ambulare, to walk about). Movable; changeable; that which is not fixed. Amlndatorm voluntas (a changeable will) denotes the power which a testator possesses of altering his will during his lifetime.
