See Reading. A blind man may make a contract or a will. The handwriting of an attesting witness who has become blind may be proved as if he were dead — he being first produced and examined, if within the jurisdiction.* Whether it is negligence for a blind man to travel upon a highway on foot, unattended, is a question for a jury."
