Compai'e Restitution
The words "restored to market," in the act of March 3, 1877, § 3,— securing the rights of settlers upon certain railroad lands in Kansas, — signify no more than a withdrawal of the lands from the condition or reservation in which they have been held by reason of the railroad grant. ^
