L. An inquiry'; question. Ad qusestionem facti non respondent judices; ad qnsestionem legis non respondent juratores. To a question of fact the judges do not respond; to a question of law the jurors do not respond. See Jury. Cadit qusBStio. The question falls: discussion is at an end; there is no room for argument.
