In the expression "vacate the judgment in said action, and all proceedings therein," held to refer to the action.' A woman, in an ante-nuptial contract, agreed to accept money in satisfaction " of her rights of dower and inheritance " in the " estate " of the husband, and relinquish " all claim therein " as widow. Held, that "therein" referred to "dower" and "inheritance," and not to " estate." '
