Alia enormia
Other wrongful acts. After a specific allegation of wrong done by a defendant, the plaintiff may ftuther charge, generally, a Ua enormia^ to the damage, etc., — " and other wrongs then and there did against the peace," etc. Then, all matters naturally arising from the act complained of may be given in evidence."
