Ifon prosequitur
He does not prosecute. Said of a judgment in a civil action for some default in the plaintiflE, as, a failure to file a declaration or other pleading. Spoken of, briefly, as a non pros., and the plaintiff is said to be "nonpros'd."^ Compare Nonsuit.
