In a thing sold, those which can be discovered by simple inspection. Code La. art. 2497. APPARENT (or CONTINUOUS) EASEmerit. One depending on some artificial structure or natural formation permanent in character and obvious. One which is at all times known to the owner of the subservient tenement by apparent signs. 18 N.
