Becord

A memorial of a thing done; a writing preserved as evidence; a transcription into something permanent for preservation as a memorial; a written account, in England in rolls of parchment, in America in bound books of paper, of the proceedings in a court of justice, particularly in an action, and intended as a memorial of such proceedings, v. Nul tiel record.
