Ad nocumentum liberi tenementi sui, te the nuisance of his freehold. Formal words in the old assise of nuisance. 8 Bi Comm. 221, B Ad officium justiciariorum spectat, unicuique coram eis placitanti justitiam exhibere. It is the duty of justices to administer justice to every one pleading before them.
