A name formerly given to a justice of the peace. Inthe Digests, the word is written “itrenarcha.” Hisdem modis dissolvitur obligatio quse nascitur ex contractu, vel quasi, quibus contrahitur. An obligation which arises from contract, or guasé contract, is dissolved in the samé ways in which it is contracted. Fleta, lib.
