<A proceeding in the court of ex. Chequer in matters of revenue. “ENGLISH MARRIAGE.” This phrase may refer to the place wherethe martiage is solemnized, or it may refer to the nationality und domicile of the parties between whom it is solemnized, the place where the union go created is to beenjoyed.
