The name of 3 plea in an action on anarbitration bond, by which the defendant traverses the naking of any legal award. Nut charter, nul vente, ne nul dons vault perpetualment, si le donor n’est reise al temps de contracts de deux droits, sc. del droit de possession et del droit de propertie.
