Lack of reyuisite legal age. The condition of a person who is under twenty-one years of age, in some cases, and under fourteen or twelve in others; minovity. Non alio modo puniatur aliquis quam secundum quod se habet condennatio.

A person may not be punished differently than according to what the sentence enjoins. Won aliter a significatione verborum recedi oportet quam cum manifestum est, alind sensisse testatorem. Wemust never depart from the signification of words, unless it is evident that they are not conformable tothe will of thetestator.
