Deductions and duties which are yearly paid out of a manor and lands, as rent-charge, rent seek, pensions, corrodies, annuities, etc., so that, when the clear yearly vuiue of a manor is spoken of, it is said to be so much per annum ultra reprisas,—besides ali reprises.
