Schedule

A sheet of paper or parchment annexed to a statute, deed, answer in equity, deposition or other instrument, exhibiting in detall the matters mentioned or referred to in the principal document. A list or inventory; the paper containing fan inventory.

In practice

When an indictment is returned from an inferior court in obedience to a writ of certiorari, the statement of the previous proceedings sent with it is termed the "schedule."

In constitutional law. A schedule is a statement annexed to a constitution newly adopted by a state, in which are described at length the particulars in which it differs from the former constitution, or which contains provisions for the adjustment of matters affected by the change from the old to the new constitution.
