Black's Law Dictionary · Henry Campbell Black, M.A. · 1910

Black's Law Dictionary

An uninterrupted or periodically recurring nuisance; not necessarily a constant or unceasing injury, but a nuisance which occurs so often and is so necessarily an incident of the use of property complained of that it can fairly be said to be continuous.
