Black's Law Dictionary

In probate law. An account of an executor, administrator, or guardian filed subsequent to his first or initial account and bsfore his final account. Specifically in New York, an account filed with the surrogate for the purpose of disclosing the acts of the person accounting and the state or condition of the fund in his bands, and not made the subject of a judicial settlement.
