pleadings. Against the peace. In actions of trespass, the words contra pacem should uniformly accompany the allegation of the injury; in some cases a foreign country cannot be sustained.

The conclusion of the declaration in trespass or ejectment, should be contra pacem, though these are now mere words of form and not traversable, and the omission of that alleation will be aided if not specially Semureed to. 1 Chit.
