A Law Dictionary, Adapted to the Constitution and Laws of the United States
is that which terminates a suit; a definitive sentence or judgment is put in opposition to an interlocutory judgment. Final, (q. v.) -DEFORCIANT, is one who wrongfully keeps the owner of lands and tenements out of the possession of them.
